following terms &
conditions: Under no circumstances shall GLSAS, Inc., be held liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, harm, financial loss, or any other loss caused, at any time and under any circumstances. The client acknowledges the conditions of this disclaimer by entering into a business relationship with GLSAS, Inc.. The client agrees to be solely responsible for the use of our translations and is solely responsible for abiding by all copyright laws in any or all countries of the world. GLSAS, Inc., are not responsible for any infringements of copyright laws by the client. The client will not hold GLSAS, Inc. liable for copyright infringements through their use of our translation or through their use of any copyrighted material unbeknownst to us. We reserves the right to refuse any translation without explanation. We will not accept material that is harmful or offensive to us or can be considered offensive or harmful to others. We reserve the right to change and amend these business terms at any time without prior notice. GLSAS, Inc. will submit a written cost estimate/quote for your translation project. Upon written acceptance of the submitted proposal by means of a purchase order, we will start work on your project. If you cancel your translation after you have ordered it, you agree to pay all charges incurred by your order. No refunds will be issued. Any payment by the client to GLSAS, Inc., is considered final and cannot be refunded. Links to other Internet sites: GLSAS, Inc. is not responsible for the privacy practices or the contents of such websites. We are providing these links to you only as a convenience. It is up to you to take precautions to ensure that whatever links you select or materials you download (whether from our website or other sites) are free of such items as viruses, worms, trojan horses, easter eggs, web bugs, cancelbot, spyware, defects, date bombs, time bombs and other items of a destructive nature. Confidentiality All knowledge and information expressly identified by Client in writing as confidential which Translator acquires during the term of this Agreement regarding the business and products of Client shall be maintained in confidentiality by Translator and, except as expressly authorized by Client in writing, shall not be divulged or published by Translator and shall not be authorized by Translator to be divulged or published by others. |
